The cloud is the idea of either one or multiple virtual machines having the ability to adapt and scale at any time of the day, either on-demand or automatically inline with the demands of your applications. You can scale your Public Cloud instances manually and automatically using the Auto-Scale feature within the MyCloud Control Panel.
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal, you can deposit funds using Quick Deposit within the MyCloud Control Panel.
All our cloud services come unmanaged with support being provided for platform related incidents only.
We don't publicly promote our management services at this time, however as our company motto goes.. "whatever your needs are we will accommodate you.". If you're looking for something bespoke, just drop us a line via email or submit a ticket!
The core focus of AboveClouds at all times is the customer, we've all had bad experiences within the hosting industry, these type of companies treat you as just another number instead of a human-being. AboveClouds are a people company, and the whole ethos is focused around personalisation for the customer, making sure that your solution works and is reliable, and most importantly that you're happy.
You are permitted to host any application(s) on your instance, granted that it is deemed as legal in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and your resource usage is within your allocated resource limits. This is covered in detail in our Acceptable Usage Policy.

You will be handed over SSH details to the root account and you also have complete control over your instance(s) in the MyCloud Control Panel.
